All aboard the inaugural Hit Songwriter Cruise

No. 1 hit songwriters can fly… Well, not really – but they sure can cruise! And YOU can cruise with them on the FIRST EVER HIT SONGWRITER CRUISE – February 19-24, 2018

The Hit Songwriter Cruise is the brainchild of Chris and Camille Wallin. Chris’ No. 1 hits include such songs as, “Something To Be Proud Of”, and “Don’t Blink.” They’ve paired with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and The Cruise & Vacation Authority (TCAVA), to create this unique experience for vacationers and songwriters alike, to get to schmooze and cruise with mega-multi hit songwriters.

Camille tells us how this soon-to-be ocean voyage came about. “We hadn’t been on a cruise since our honeymoon. We go to festivals and really cool music events all the time and thought, ‘I wonder if this could be done [on a cruise]. By divine providence, we came across this group, TCAVA, that organizes theme cruises, and it just took on a life of its own.” Chris went on to say, “What’s really cool is you don’t even have to be a songwriter to really have a blast. With the Fan ticket you’ll have a one-of-a-kind vacation ‘cause these guys put on such great shows. Or if you ARE an aspiring songwriter, then you’ll want the Seminar package and, well, you won’t find any better teachers on the planet.”

Only 400 lucky people get to hop onboard this event, sailing on The Independence of the Seas, which touts a capacity of over 3,000 guests and has an incredible amount of activities. Be sure to book your passes through the official website or call 844-564-6317, because tickets bought elsewhere can NOT be honored. Each cruiser will receive Hit Songwriter Cruise T-Shirts, hats and other memorabilia as a part of their package for free!

Every songwriter/speaker who will be teaching and entertaining on the cruise is a No.1 hit songwriter, and three of them are in the Songwriter Hall Of Fame! A true, once-in-a-lifetime journey, you’ll be introduced to and get to hang out with all these hit songwriters. Darryl Worley, Dean Dillon, Aaron Barker, Steve Seskin, Jeffrey Steele, Wallin, Odie Blackmon, and Ira Dean (formerly of Trick Pony).

Seskin, having seven No.1s to his credit says, “I am honored to be sailing the ocean blue with these guys! They have written so many songs I truly admire, not to mention they’re a hell of a lot of fun to hang out with!” Barker, who has 12 No.1s advises, “An opportunity such as the Hit Songwriter Cruise seminar package could have saved me 15 years of searching for information as an aspiring songwriter. Even now, I will leave this event a better, wiser and more skilled writer than when we sail from Ft. Lauderdale.” Blackmon sums it up nicely. “If I could have spent time with all of these amazing songwriters when I was starting out, I would have… hell, who am I kidding!  I can’t wait to spend time with all of these amazing songwriters now!”

You can experience this event within your own price range, depending on your participation choice and your cabin choice. The Fan Package includes all the shows, meet and greets, pics and autograph sessions, dinners with songwriters and just an all around great vacation. The Seminar Package adds a full spectrum of songwriter learning to the already fabulous vacation package, plus a song entry in the song contest. The Seminar + Critique Package, limited to 16 seminar participants, gets you a private one-on-one critique along with EVERYTHING ELSE!

Sponsorships are available for the Hit Songwriter Cruise. Sponsor levels range from $1,000 to $5,000. The top 3 levels include a cruise for 2, top billing and believe it or not, you could actually make back every cent or even MAKE MONEY on your sponsorship with an innovative referral incentive.
