The 2014 edition of the Franklin American Music City Bowl may have been the most exciting yet since the Nashville-based bowl began in 1998, with Notre Dame upsetting No. 23 LSU 31-28 on a last second field goal. The game brought over 60,000 fans to LP Field to see a game that featured lots of big plays on offense, kick returns for touchdowns and one failed fake field goal attempt that will haunt LSU fans for years to come.
